From the start, Jenna’s passion for animals was unmistakable. She raised Pygmy goats and market lambs, and always felt most at home in the show pen. Active in 4-H and the Sherwood FFA chapter, she began riding competitively in seventh grade when she partnered with her now long-time horse, Dually. Together, they have competed in 4-H Working Rancher events, OHSET, AQHA shows, and Western States Stock Horse shows. Their hard work has paid off with multiple state titles at breed shows, two qualifications to the AQHA World Show, and a trip to Oklahoma to compete at the VRH World Show.
In recent years, Jenna and Dually have traded the show pen for rodeo arenas across Oregon, proudly representing their favorite Fourth of July celebration, the St. Paul Rodeo. After taking a summer away from queening to focus on school, Jenna is thrilled to return to the rodeo road as the 2025 Sisters Rodeo Queen, representing the 85th annual “Biggest Little Show in the World.”
Outside the arena, Jenna is just as driven. A graduate of Sherwood High School’s Class of 2023, she earned an advanced honors diploma, participated in student leadership and National Honor Society, and completed several AP courses—her favorite being Anatomy and Physiology. Following a summer filled with rodeos, she enrolled in a private college’s Respiratory Therapy program. Over the past year and a half, she has gained hands-on experience in hospitals across the Portland metro area under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
Jenna will graduate in the spring of 2025 with an associate’s degree and will become a registered respiratory therapist. She is excited to begin her career in patient care and to make a difference in the lives of others—both in the hospital and in the rodeo community.
Jenna and Dually can’t wait to see you in the stands of the John Leavitt Arena as they help celebrate 85 years of PRCA rodeo excellence in Sisters. Get ready for the “Biggest Little Show in the World”—they know you’re going to love it!
The Sisters Rodeo Queen serves as the official ambassador of the Biggest Little Show in the World, representing the rodeo and the community at events across Oregon and beyond, sharing our story and Western heritage with audiences new and returning.
